Elaina Johns-Wolfe examines nearly 50,000 eviction court records from between 2014 and 2017 to understand how and where formal evictions are likely to occur in Cincinnati. She offers policy suggestions for decreasing evictions, at the federal, local, legal, organizational, and individual level.
