Heyra Avila describes her activism in support of immigrants, the undocumented community, and women in Cincinnati, including her work with YES: Youth Educating Society, a program of the Intercommunity Justice and Peace Center. A DACA recipient, Heyra shares her story and advocates for immigrant rights at events across Cincinnati and online.
